The administration function covers a wide spectrum of administrative activities. These include handling and processing of information in all forms, handling and recording mails, filing, indexing, copying, faxing, credit control, accounting and bookkeeping and ordering, and mechanization and most of these activities are performed at Registry office.
Manages that the Committee Clerk office duties are well executed which amongst them there are preparation of Agendas for Council or EXCO meetings and print them and keeping of minutes; Ensures that all Committees established are fully functional and getting the adequate support when needed; Supervise over the duties of the receptionist and responsible for attending to the complains lodged about the unacceptable behaviour portrayed by any staff members regarding administrative duties.
